And having received 2 AA Rosette Awards for Culinary Excellence only last month, the historic hotel is now asking a simple question...

 

If you were marooned on a desert island, which dish would you most want to eat?

 

Head chef Joel Lear is inviting people to answer exactly that, and one guest will have their 'desert island dish' cooked for them as a treat!
