Alix from The Pear Tree at Purton explains how to make the perfect Pimms
For when it's Pimms O'Clock!
You will need:
- A bottle of Pimms (of course!) - Plenty of Ice - Lemonade - Cucumber - Fruit (Apple/Oranges) - Strawberries - Fresh mint
Recipe:
- Add 1 part Pimms to 3 parts lemonade over ice - Add Fresh Mint and Cucumber - Add some sliced Orange and Strawberries to taste
- Add some fresh mint - Serve in a tall glass
Alix's top tip: Don't forget the Mint! It's essential in the perfect Pimms
And for those who really want to celebrate summer - the Pimms Royale!
