Charlton on the third day of January must seem like a distant memory for Town fans as Swindon crashed to an away defeat again - and into the bottom four.

 

Without a win in eight games since their 4-2 TV win at the Valley, the Robins started brightly but were behind after twelve minutes when Dean Cox fired home from outside the area.

 

A lead doubled - then trebled - in two minutes on the half-hour after Alex Revell (yes, him) and Stephen Dawson made it an easy half-time team-talk for the home team manager.

 

The second-half a formality as Orient shut up shop.
