Swindon Town captain Jonathan Douglas leaves to join Brentford

 

Swindon Town captain Jonathan Douglas has bid farewell to Swindon as he confirmed to SwindonWeb today that he will be leaving to join Brentford.

Douglas, 29, joined the Robins from Leeds in 2009 has made 84 league appearances in his two seasons.

Meanwhile Swindon have signed Italian defender Alberto Comazzi on a free transfer.

The 32-year-old who has joined on a two-year contract, came through the youth ranks at AC Milan and spent several seasons at Verona.
