Swindon have been drawn against the Premiership again in the last 16 of the Capital One Cup - but this time at HOME.

 

Town will face Aston Villa at the County Ground in the week beginning 29 October.

Swindon scorers: Benson 19, Williams 42, Archibald-Henville 83

Burnley scorer: Austin 74

 

Town fans are dreaming of a big 4th round draw after Town added Burnley to their list of Capital One Cup scalps tonight.

 

Top class first-half finishing from Paul Benson and Andy Williams (his third in three games) stunned the Championship visitors, who had earlier made the brighter start.

 

But two wasted chances from Swindon old boy Charlie Austin gave Paolo Di Canio's team increasing confidence and after Austin finally pulled one back, Town sealed the game with a late goal from Troy Archibald-Henville.
