James Collins today was made for the phrase 'cometh the hour, cometh the man'.

 

The Town striker came on for Chris Martin after 60 minutes with the score at 0-0 and promptly scored the first of four incredible goals.

 

All of them were beautifully taken, as Matt Ritchie played a huge part in some superb combination play that shocked a visiting side who had genuinely posed a threat in the first period.

Danny Hollands also popped up to grab his second in successive 5-0 home wins in front of 11,300 packed into the County Ground.

 

"We were amazing today in the second-half," Di Canio commented after cheekily stealing the match-ball from the hat-trick hero Collins at the final whistle.
