Michael Smith answered his critics in spectacular fashion as Swindon kept their slim play-off hopes alive with an injury-time winner.

 

The Town striker, who last week was booed by some home supporters for his performance against Brentford, dramatically headed home in the third minute of added-on time to send Swindon's travelling contingent of over 1,000 fans wild in celebration.

 

Coventry had earlier levelled the game just before the break after Alex Pritchard had given Town a flying start on 12 minutes.

 

The win keeps Swindon four points behind Peterborough in sixth place with three games to go.
