With Swindon increasingly looking over their shoulders of late, Town fans would have been forgiven for expecting little from this evening's tricky trip to the midlands.

 

Jon Witney's high flyers had the opportunity to move into the promotion places with a win, but a stubborn Town had other ideas - and took the lead midway through the second half.  

 

A fortuitous rebound falling kindly to Michael Doughty, who slotted calmly through the legs of the despairing keeper.

 

But with 20 minutes left on the clock, Walsall levelled things up. Substitute Kieron Morris skipping past Brophy and the back tracking Ajose before unleashing an unstoppable drive past the Swindon keeper.
