The Tim Sherwood effect has been immediate after Swindon lifted themselves out of the relegation zone with a rousing home victory.
The fact that the league table now even shows the Robins above arch-rivals Oxford United probably won't be lost on the Town's new Director of Football - but as Tesco used to preach: 'every little helps'.

Different approach
Clearly more direct than in recent games, Swindon took their chances against what was a poor Charlton side, who even had former Swindon striker and last seaon's top scorer Nicky Ajose up front.
But a combination of a brilliant midfield, led by Yaser Kasim, and a stout back four meant Town easily kept him quiet to guarantee a clean sheet.
Swindon's three goals started with a deflected effort just before half-time from Murray, followed by a decisive finish from Jones just after the break - with Goddard wrapping up an excellent move with five minutes to go.
All bizarrely watched by the entire management team at QPR, who Sherwood was recently linked to as manager.

"It's an a real honour to be part of what we're trying to build here," said Head Coach Luke Williams after the final whistle.
"We're all learning from Tim [Sherwood] and I think the performance showed that."
