Swindon 1 Stockport 1

Report and post-match videos from tonight's game

Coca-Cola League One

RESULT: Swindon Town 1 Stockport County 1

Swindon scorer: J Smith 62
Stockport scorer: Pilkington 73

New Town manager Danny Wilson insisted a 'clean sheet' was top of his priorities after seeing his side concede once again when ahead.

Stockport's in-form winger Anthony Pilkington equalised in the 73rd minutes after Town had taken the lead just after the hour when Jack Smith bundled in a rebound from a Simon Cox penalty.

"We've been working on our defending, and will continue to work on it until we get it right," he said.

"Both teams had chances and their keeper had an exceptional game. But when you keep a clean sheet, you make it far easier for yourselves.

"When we stop conceding, we'll start winning games. It's as simple as that."

End-to-end

Both teams played their equal part in what proved an entertaining clash full of chances and good goalkeeping.

A spectacular double-save from Stockport's fon Williams the best of the bunch, denying Swindon late-on as they pushed forward looking for the winner

The low point being a suspected dislocated shoulder for striker Barry Corr, who fell awkwardly in the second-half.

The point lifts Town up to 18th.
