Business Scene gathering explains the importance of unlocking individual potential

 

Many local businesses attended the sixth Swindon Connections Networking event at Business First, Swindon College last night. 

 

The evening consisted of two hours of networking, and a half-hour presentation from guest speaker Tony Nutley.

 

 

Tony spoke of the importance of 'Unlocking Individual Potential', and his belief that coaching is one of the most powerful tools to create the momentum and dynamic for both professional and personal growth.

 

"By coaching your staff, or yourself, you will in turn add real value to bottom line results," said Tony.
