Getting fit in Swindon has really gone high-tech, as I found out on my latest trip to the Link Centre.

 

A brand new gym environment that’s totally geared to making the most of your hard earned time working out.

 

Having tried body attack and really stretched ourselves with body balance it was time to focus on an individual workout

 

And if you’re thinking dun bells and rowing machines then think again!
