The main route into Lechlade from Swindon across Halfpenny bridge on the A361 has re-opened this afternoon - Friday 02 December.
Bridge to be closed from 21 Nov - 02 Dec

Motorists are warned that the Halfpenny Bridge at Lechlade is closed from
21 November - Friday 02 December 2011 while the footpath is widened.
The bridge is to re-open Saturday 03 December.
A diversion is in place.
Businesses in Lechlade are open as usual, incl. The Bloom Room, Dolci Di Lechlade, Colleys Lechlade, The Riverside Pub, The Crown Inn and The Christmas Shop.
