Pudsey & Swindon Centre Stage!

Fundraising party at STEAM helps raise thousands for Children in Need

The people of Swindon played their part once again on another big night for Children in Need.

At the STEAM museum of the GWR, BBC West organised a fun and fundraising party for all the family fronted by Points West’s Alex Lovell.

The event included a choir of almost 200 children featuring pupils from Lydiard Park Academy in West Swindon, Fairford Primary School and more in the region, who joined others from across the UK to perform a simultaneous performance of "Bridge Over Troubled Water", led by Aled Jones, from BBC Television Centre.
