Swindon Co-Wheels Car Club

Need a car for an hour? We go out for a drive to find out more about this innovative social enterprise
Do you ever find yourself looking at your car, thinking: "This is a complete waste of money"?

Then the Co-Wheels car club might be right up your street!

This social enterprise is being run in partnership with Swindon Borough Council in order to reduce the number of people who own cars, and reduce the number of single occupancy vehicle journeys.
Pay-As-You-Go Driving

Their key aims include reducing congestion, improving air quality, making parking easier and improving the health of those who use the service.
There are 5 cars available at different locations in Swindon.

We sent SWTV's Alastair Greener down to find out a little bit more - and drive one of the cars!
