Swindon Police Weed Out Drug Criminals 

Arrests as dawn raids net stash & cash worth £75K

 

The latest in a series of 'high impact' days of action by Wiltshire Police have led to arrests in Swindon this morning.

 

Nearly £50,000 in cash along with drugs and pills with a street value of £25,000 were found and seized in dawn raids.

 
Operation Harness is a dedicated operation run by Wiltshire Police working closely with housing associations, drugs services, councils and Trading Standards, council, probation service, fire and rescue, youth offending service and Crimestoppers.

 

The aim of the operation is to reduce crime and disorder in local neighbourhoods through targeted days of action.
