Swindon gets another mention in Private Eye

They're a satirical bunch at Private Eye. And this week the magazine gave Swindon a mention in their interpretation of Peter Mandelson's attempts to help out the beleaguered car industry.

Nothing like a bit of good old bit of mickey-taking when everything has gone pearshaped, eh?

Last month Honda in Swindon started a 4 month shutdown due to a downturn in car sales, and BMW workers won't be working this week for the same reason.
