Fatal Crash 

Accident claims life of teenager driver on Wharf Road in Wroughton

The driver of blue Citreon Saxo who died in the accident has been named as Alex Szymanski, 19, of Rodbourne. The passenger in the car is still recovering from serious injuries in GWH.
 
A fatal accident has occurred on Wharf Road in Wroughton tonight.
 
A man was killed and another seriously injured in a three-vehicle pile-up. The crash was between a car and two vans.
 
 
One man had to be freed by Wiltshire Fire and Rescue while the other man was thrown from the blue Citroen Saxo in the accident.

The accident involving a blue Citroën Saxo, and two vans including a red Ford Transit, happened in Wharf Road near Junction 16 just after 3.30pm.

Two ambulances and two response vehicles attended.
