Swindon 62 Peterborough 30
Swindon stay top of the Elite League
Swindon headed back to pole position in the Elite League table after romping to a convincing 62-30 victory over Peterborough.
The Robins' therefore maintain their 100 per cent record against the Panthers at Blunsdon, which now stretches to 23 matches and dates back to 24 July 1993.

Swindon hit sixty for the second time in 2009 as the Wiltshire side eased past a Peterborough septet that offered surprisingly little resistance.
Incredibly, the Robins registered heat advantages in the opening ten heats and Peterborough only supplied one race victory throughout the course of the evening.
The effectiveness of both Panthers’ tactical rides were thwarted as Swindon contributed a strong team performance.
The Peterborough pairing of Henning Bager and Claus Vissing didn’t arrive at the Abbey Stadium until heat seven after the Danish duo were stranded in heavy traffic en route to Wiltshire.
The Panthers were able to utilise Kenneth Hansen in the opening seven races to cover for Vissing and Bager with only one race seeing a solitary Peterborough rider take to track.
Swindon’s scorecard was headed by a splendid paid fifteen point maximum from Simon Stead who deservedly scooped the man of the match award.
