Robins still top despite loss
Swindon Robins failed to make it ten wins in a row tonight but still remain top of the Elite League after a disappointing defeat at the Abbey Stadium.
The tie hinging on an injury to Matti Zagar in heat seven according to Robins manager Alun Rossiter after the referee ordered a re-start.
But with former Swindon rider Lee Richardson on top form for Lakeside, Swindon were always under pressure and were beaten by heat 14.
In the other Elite League fixture, second place Wolverhampton lost at Ipswich.
