Swindon Wildcats announce fourth signing!!

 

The Swindon Wildcats are delighted to announce the signing of British forward Aaron Nell for the brand new 2008/2009 Ice Hockey season. Nell is the Wildcats fourth Signing of the close season, as Head Coach Peter Russell focuses on pushing the club up the league table.

Russell was overjoyed with his 4th signing, "I worked cosely with Aaron last year with the National Team , and was impressed. Aaron has good size, hard shot and good game sense. I know Aaron will give us an extra dimenion in offence. Its great to have him on board after he made the decision to accept my offer and return home after playing aboard."

Nell 6" 3' and 200 Ilbs is a product of the Swindon Junior Development system, and has been playing in Canada and USA for the past four years. He has represented Great Britain U18's & U20's in 2007 in both Poland and Latvia respectively, returning from Latvia as GB's top goal scorer in the tournament with 3 goals from 5 games.
