A win, win situation 

Swindon Wildcats take a double victory this weekend

After a defeat at Telford last Sunday, Swindon were looking to overcome their losing streak with a win against the Bracknell Bees and the Peterborough Phantoms. 

The Cats started their winning streak on Saturday night seeing off the Bees with a confident 3-2 performance, and then on Sunday against Peterborough with a 5-3 win.

 

Double win for Wildcats: Swindon take victory from both the  Bracknell Bees and Peterborough Phantoms

 

"It's great to get back to winning ways," commented Swindon coach Peter Russell.

 

"To beat two teams that are higher in the League should leave the team with some confidence as we look to climb up the table."
