Fitness With A Difference
Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop and Silks - not your usual way to get in shape!It's not every day that you walk into your town centre and find a group of ladies shimmy-ing up and down a pole or dangling from a hoop. But don't worry, there was nothing risqué about this event.
On Saturday 16 June, Wharf Green hosted the Wonderland Alternative Fitness Event which included showcases and demonstrations from the likes of Emily's Pole Fitness - all in aid of Cancer Research UK.
