Macmillan Coffee Morning 2014

Fundraising in Swindon is a piece of cake - in the face!

Cups and mugs were clinking again in Swindon today as part of Macmillan Cancer Support's 'World's Biggest Coffee Morning'.

 

At venues across the town, volunteers and businesses large and small put the kettle on and baked cakes to do their bit in the now-annual fundraiser.

 

Those taking part amongst many included Sugar Oh Honey, Honey in the Brunel Shopping Centre, the Macmillan Ladies in Highworth, Mercedes Benz of Swindon, Nationwide Building Society and Basset Down Golf Club, where Tee-time turned in to coffee time for golfers enjoying the brilliant weather.

 

 

Going the extra mile!

 

And at Skurrays Vauxhall dealership in West Swindon, where they made a special effort this morning with a celebrity fundraising theme (above), senior management even took one in the face for an extra donation.
