Winner Takes All!
Heavyweight Prizefighter Tournament at the Oasis

The Oasis Leisure Centre was the host for an
eight man, £2000, ‘Winner Takes All’ Neilson
Promotions Heavyweight Prizefighter Tournament on
Saturday 30 March.
The eight men participating in the tournament
included former Walcot amateur boxers Scott Cadder and Stewart Johnson, ‘Big’ Phil Williams formerly of Penhill RBL, ‘Irish’ Danny Martin, MMA specialist Nick Tuckett, Ringside Gym’s Mark White, cage fighter Rich ‘The Tank’ Loveday and Dave 'Bam Bam' Gregory.
Each fighter went all-out in the ring, with the Swindon crowd being treated to a real show, but it was Phil Williams who came out on top despite receiving a nasty cut below his left eye from his opponent Nick Tuckett.
