Using the Swindon Borough Council West Swindon Round from the series of circular leisure rides, this route is mainly on designated cycle paths with a few road sections. The road sections are on relatively quiet roads with little traffic, however they are not suitable for very young children.
Bring a drink and suitable clothing for during the ride as there are no mid-ride cafe stops, although there are plenty of opportunities for rests along the route.
Meet at Lydiard House (the Hay Lane entrance), ride distance about 7 miles (approx. one hour). With a chance for a coffee and a chat after.
