We grab a word with Paul Daniels before his sell-out show with Debbie McGee at Wyvern Theatre

In the world of television magic, no one has enjoyed more success than Paul Daniels.

He has become a true magical legend. His brand-new show - the First Farewell Tour - features a selection of his favourite magic and a number of new tricks never performed in public before, supported as always by the lovely Debbie McGee.

We spoke to him before the curtain went up at his show at Wyvern Theatre, where he described his fond memories of Swindon (featuring, not surprisingly, the Magic Roundabout!), his views on talent shows like X-Factor and much more.
