Halloween at The Clifton

Head to Swindon's most haunted pub this Friday and you could win yourself a prize for the best and scariest Halloween costume

 

The Clifton Hotel, Swindon

Friday 31 October 2014, 7.00pm till Midnight

 

The Clifton is the place to be this Friday for a fancy dress Halloween party. The whole pub will be decorated, and you can also expect themed cocktails, a number of drink deals AND apple bobbing!!

 

Spooky goings-on at The Clifton

 

The pub is believed to have been built on the site of an old priory, an arrangement apparently not entirely acceptable to a former nun who is now thought to walk the building as the resident ghost!

She has appeared most often in an upstairs bedroom, but regularly also ventures into the cellar and has sometimes been known to pop into the bar!

  

Kids are welcome until 9.00pm!
