What A Beautiful Day For A Run!

Model and TV presenter Nell McAndrew gets Swindon Festival of Literature up and running
 

Nell McAndrew was at Lydiard Park in Swindon yesterday as part of the annual Festival of Literature.

 

Promoting her new book, Nell McAndrew's Guide to Running, Nell and a number of supportive Swindon parkrun runners took part in a gentle 5k run around the beautiful Lydiard Park grounds.

 

Then, following a quick break for refreshments, the latter-day Forces sweetheart gave a talk about discovering running, becoming a distance runner and realizing the rewards of running.
