JONATHAN STEDALL – film and talk: Where on Earth is Heaven?

Asking questions about life, on Earth, is at the heart of being human?

It is also rooted in the founding spirit of this Festival!

Writers and thinkers like posing tricky questions and attempting to answer them.

Award-winning film maker and writer Jonathan Stedall, has made films about the life and ideas, and their manifestations, of many thoughtful and creative people.

These include Tolstoy, Gandhi, Jung, and Rudolph Steiner. He has also worked with others, including John Betjeman, Laurens van der Post, Malcolm Muggeridge, E F Schumacher, Alan Bennett, Mark Tully, and Ben Okri.

His new book, Where on Earth is Heaven?, and short film, look at this special question and point to answers that can be found not only from his own journey of exploration but also in the work of many great writers.
