Marine take on Town in Wiltshire Shield final tonight

 

Swindon Supermarine will face a tough task tonight, as they take on Swindon Town in the Wiltshire Premier Shield final at Hunts Copse.

 

Marine will be missing six players including Ashan Holgate, Nick Stanley, Steve Cook, Justyn McKay, David Bampton and skipper Matt Robinson.

 

The Town side is expected to feature the likes of Frank Nouble, Craig Easton, Michael Timlin and Phil Smith.

 

“It’s going to be a great game of football and an opportunity for my side to face a football club who are doing particularly well," commented Mark Collier, manager Swindon Supermarine.

 

“I don’t know what sort of side they will have out, but they have a very successful youth team, and whatever team they field, it will be a more than competitive game."

 

The game kicks-off at 7.45pm.
