Life Writing
LIFE WRITING – a talk and workshop with
Carole Angier and
Sally Cline.
Writing about your own life is the real thing.
Life Writing is increasingly popular as more and more people realise the significance and value of telling, writing, and publishing their own story.
Life Writing is a form of personalised history and can be of interest not only to family and friends but, if done well, to a much wider readership.
The Arvon Book of Life Writing by
Sally Cline and
Carole Angier is a highly informative, detailed, witty, and practical guide to life writing, as is their workshop.
Carole Angier is a biographer, author of books on Jean Rhys and Primo Levi, short-listed for the Whitbread Prize, and tutor in writing at Birkbeck College.
Sally Cline is a prize-winning short story writer, author of ten books, which include biographies of Radclyffe Hall and Lillian Hellman, and Writer in Residence at Anglia Ruskin University.
Tickets - £10 (£8)
