Air Tattoo 2010
Nell McAndrew and Ricky Whittle launch Fairford Airshow
Celebrities Nell McAndrew and Ricky Whittle flew into RAF Fairford today for the official launch of the Royal International Air Tattoo, which takes place on
17 & 18 July.
The celebrity pair were joined pilots from the RAF and US Air Force - just days before England take on the USA in the World Cup - and special guest Wing Comander Bob Foster, who was reunited with the Hurricane he flew in the Battle of Britain in 1940.
This year's the Air Tattoo celebrates the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain and will feature aircraft from that era as well as 300 others.
