Magnificent 7 at Valentine's Gourmet Night 

Swindon College NVQ students served up another fantastic evening of fine food at one of their regular gourmet nights

They designed, cooked and presented a 7-course taster menu entitled 'D'aimer et deter aime' - To Love and Be Loved - featuring the likes of smoked eel and waldorf, red mullet and crispy onions, lamb in spring, deconstructed millionaire shortbread, petit fours and other beautifully created dishes, all enjoyed by happy eaters who paid just £15 per head in their packed restaurant room.
