Talk on Wiltshire Record Society
Historians are being invited to a talk about how an important resource is being used to research Wiltshire’s past

Steve Hobbs, archivist at the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre, will visit the Central Library to give an overview of the work of the Wiltshire Record Society and how it is used by local and family historians.
The Wiltshire Record Society was founded in 1937 to promote the publication of documents relating to the history of Wiltshire.
Steve will also be available between 12noon and 2pm to help with any research enquiries.
The cost of the talk is £1.50 for library members and £2.50 for non-members.
