On Saturday 22 June between 11am-4pm, residents in ten Old Town streets are encouraged to declutter, open their doors, and sell their wares from their own front gardens, when the Old Town Yard Sale returns!

The first sale was in 2010, organised by local resident Raye Leonard, and was a wonderful success, enabling us to meet new people while encouraging recycling and re-use.

This year, Raye is working in collaboration with Eastcott Community Organisation to organise the event. For those living in other Old Town streets, there will be tables available at Savernake Street Social Hall to sell your unwanted items, as well as information and cake.

 
The streets invited to participate are: Lansdown Road, Hythe Road, Maidstone Road, Folkestone Road, Ashford Road, Kent Road, Pembroke Street, Brunswick Street, Savernake Street.

If you are live in another Old Town street, and would like to sell things, please contact eastcottcommunity@yahoo.co.uk about reserving a table at Savernake Street Social Hall (£4 a table).
