What Does A Green Economy Mean For Swindon?

A 'Question Time' style panel to discuss questions surrounding the issues of building a 'green economy' for Swindon

Swindon Climate Action Network (SCAN) has organised a 'Question Time' style panel to discuss questions surrounding the issues of building a 'green economy' for Swindon.

 

 

This evening will be an opportunity for anyone interested to ask questions to a panel comprising:

 

Robert Buckland, MP for South Swindon

Dale Heenan, Swindon Borough Council's cabinet member for strategic planning and sustainability

Dr Gary Mantle, director of Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, who are involved in a very wide range of environmental matters

Molly Scott-Cato, professor of strategy and sustainability at Roehampton University, a director of Transition Stroud and a Green Party candidate for the South West in next year's Euro elections.

 

The evening is free to attend and the questions will run from 7.30 to 9pm.

 

Light refreshments will be served from 7pm.
