It's Hot, Hot, Hot!

And we're not talking about the weather! Saturday saw Wharf Green transformed into a venue for all things Chilli!

 

Swindon’s Wharf Green event space was the location for a day of chilli mayhem on Saturday, with the debut of the Chilli Fiesta 2014.

 

The spicy event hosted a variety of stalls including some of the best chilli producers in the country.

 

Plenty of exciting products were there to sample and purchase, including hot Naga Masala cooking sauces, extreme chilli sauces, delicious pickles, chilli jams and scrumptious chilli chocolates and chutneys.

To wash it all down, exclusive chilli drinks such as chilli mojitos, chilli tequila beer and even chilli cider were also on offer.

Entertainment was also provided, with the highlight being a Clash of the Titans Chilli Eating Contest featuring some of the hottest peppers known to man. 57-year old Allan Catlin triumphed after a gruelling 8 rounds of Chilli tasting - you have our ultimate respect, Sir!
