Head to Lotmead Farm this weekend to meet some Shire Horses and Birds of Prey

 

Lotmead Farm, Wanborough

This weekend will be a great opportunity for 'hands on' experience for everyone who loves horses, with young and older horses demonstrating ploughing and harrowing.

 

The horses are friendly and quite used to people so you may well see them up close and personal as they are taken around the farm.

 

You will also have a chance to witness first hand some magnificent Birds of Prey. There are no cages and the birds will be either on perches or on hand accompanied by handlers to answer any questions you may have.

 

If the weather conditions are right, you may even see some demonstration flying!
