The Yorke Dance Project bring an evening of brilliant dance rooted in tradition to Swindon Dance

Eight compellingly athletic performers at the peak of their physical powers perform a programme that includes the world premiere of Lingua Franca, a brand new work by the father figure of contemporary dance in Britain - Robert Cohan and No Strings Attached, the first professional work of 17 year old rising-star choreographer Charlotte Edmonds.

 

Students from the Swindon Youth Dance Academy, Centre of Advanced Training will perform a short piece prior to the start of 'Figure Ground'.

 

You can also come along and meet the Company at a pre-performance talk from 7pm.
