Discover something to soothe, heal and nurture your mind, body & soul at Swindon's largest holistic health and wellbeing show - The Big One!

The weekend charity extravaganza is being held at the Marriott Hotel on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 March, and promises to be the start of something really big for Swindon.

 

 

Over 60 exhibitors, workshops, demonstrations and talks from the UK's leading practitioners, therapists, readers, retailers, centres and services, all showcasing the very best in holistic health and wellbeing.

Organiser of The Big One, local psychotherapist and life coach Graham Barrone, says:

 

"Swindon and its surrounding areas are rich in services and organisations doing wonderful work supporting people and our many emotional, mental, physical and spiritual needs.

 

"I deal everyday with people who are looking to create a meaningful balance in their lives and am always surprised to hear how my clients are unaware of the many resources around them that can enrich their lives.

"It has long been a dream of mine to organise an event that the Swindon Community can be proud to put into their diaries year after year and The Big One is the start of that dream."

All money raised on the day will be going to the Help for Heroes charity and Heart FM's charity, Have a Heart.

 

The event is free to enter, although organisers are encouraging people to give a £2 donation.
