Bacon Curing Course

The day will include -

A visit to some of the very characterful and naughty pigs at Eastbrook Farm

A group discussion on the history, science and magic of curing

A group activity which will give you the opportunity to design your own cure with Bacon Wizard on-hand for advice if required. 

The meat will be matured at Eastbrook for at least 2 weeks and then posted to everyone who took part.

This is your chance to show off to friends and family and the best bacon you've ever tasted will be your own!

Price: £35 per head.
A discount of £5 per person you can bring, to a max of 5 people.
