Seasonal Talk and Workshop with Roy Cheek

ROY CHEEK returns to the Park with a talk on flowers and plants for Christmas.

Roy is a very entertaining speaker with a wealth of information on all the plants, their origins, characteristics and uses. He travels worldwide leading gardening tours and also in an advisory capacity to many gardens and collections.

The day will commence at 10.15am with coffee followed by the talk and a short walk in the Park before lunch.

The making of a Christmas wreath will follow with the usual choice of foliage which the Park’s gardeners will have collected in advance.

Participants will be given an Oasis wreath base on the day but occasionally some ladies prefer to bring their own type of base, which of course is quite acceptable.

Tickets are £30.00 to cover the day with no extras.

Tickets are restricted to no more than thirty.
