Bruce Tulloh, Paul Sinton-Hewitt, and Emma Creighton – on the joy, pain, and gain of running, at all ages and stages of life!

4pm – for those who fancy it, a Freedom Parkrun, followed by refreshments!

5pm – a talk on the joys and benefits of running. Opportunity for questions.

BRUCE TULLOH has been running, seriously and for pleasure, for more than half a century.

During this time he has won numerous British distance titles, from 3km to 5km. He once ran 3,000 miles across the USA, in just under 65 days.

He is a runners’ coach at all levels and the author of numerous books on running, including Running is Easy, for all ages and stages of life. Visit Tulloh Books website for further information.

PAUL SINTON-HEWITT is better known in the running world as paul@parkrun.com.

He is the founder of the fabulous free phenomenon called Parkrun that brings thousands of runners to hundreds of parks every Saturday morning all over the UK, come rain or shine, all in quest of good company, a good run, a good cheer, and an occasional PB!
