Faringdon Festival 2011

With 2 stages and covering numerous local venues - this year's Faringdon Festival has lots to see and do for all the family.

The events listed below will all take place at The Portwell Angel but a full guide to the 7-day festival can be found by following the link at the bottom of the page.

Wednesday 6 July

Oxford Classic Jazz Band
Classic pieces from Nick Gill, Mike Wills Andy Crisp & Ian Joachim.

Thursday 7 July

A Louise Woodgate Soiree
Faringdon's own Diva returns by popular demand.
Pop in for a glass of cava with posh olives, warmed bread and oil/balsamic dip. Booking is essential.
Tickets - £10.00 

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 July - 1.00pm
 
Paul Cornell
The author will be signing copies of his new book "The Sensible Folly". The book, illustrated by Hilary Taylor, will be available for £2.50. All proceeds go to The Folly Tower Trust.

Sunday 10 July 

5k Fun Run
A prize will be given for the best fancy dress.
Registration: 9.00am for 9.30 start
Children - £1.50
Adults - £3.00

Gorgeous Moron
Wind Down with some stylish music when the Festival draws to a conclusion around 6.30pm.
