Thursday 02 May 2013

The Award winning Bateman brothers Jazz Band present ‘The Ultimate Louis Armstrong Show’ at the Swindon Arts Centre.

They have stormed the UK Jazz scene with remarkably authentic tribute to Louis Armstrong and his All Stars. The Arts Centre is lucky enough to be their first venue to perform in on their nationwide concert tour.

This spectacular performance will include some of Louis’ older music as well as some of his most popular music. Throughout the evening you will also hear those famous hits such as ‘What a Wonderful World’, ‘Hello Dolly’ and ‘Cabaret’ and not to mention all of the favourites from the musical ‘High Society’.

Joining the band will be singing sensation Maggie Reeday, Britain’s best banjo/guitar man and all-round entertainer Thomas ‘Spats’ Langham and the amazing trumpet player Enrico Tomasso, who once met and played with Louis Armstrong when he was a young boy.

Ticket Prices: £14

Doors: 7.30pm
