This exhibition is a chance for the Swindon people to celebrate with Ken in this special year of his 70th birthday (though he won't thank us for telling you that!).

We all know Ken White as the painter/printmaker of the images representing the lives of the workes in the Railways at Swindon. His works adorn the walls of the McArthur Glenn outlet center, and most of us have pass by his murals on a daily basis without giving much consideration to the person who's work it was.

He is also an internationally acclaimed artist who is perhaps most famous for his work for Richard Branson's Virgin companies, most notably his design of the Virgin Atlantic 'Scarlet Lady'.
