BPM Active know that fitness classes can be intimidating, so they promise they will try their best to ease you back into exercise if you've not been for a while, or challenge you if you are looking for something new.
Their Fitness & Dance Weekend event will feature 14 exercise & dance classes to really get your heart pumping and your feet tapping.
The event is to help support the Wiltshire based charity, Run With Me. They help those with disabilities compete in competitive sporting events such as 10km road races and half marathons. They would love to progress to triathlons and full distance marathons.
Entry: £3 per class, £10 for the day, £15 for both days
