Industry to Art Exhibition

A free exhibition of cast iron sculptures is set to be unveiled at STEAM this month

Imaginations were well and truly fired up when a group of artists visited STEAM – Museum of the Great Western Railway to get ideas for their cast iron sculptures.

 

And following many weeks of study, skill and dedication, the six artists have now completed their creations, which are being displayed at STEAM in a new and free exhibition called Industry to Art.

 

The new exhibition of cast iron sculptures is open now at STEAM in the Museum Foyer, the Scraggery, until 10 August. It is open from 10am until 5pm.
