Thousands flock to Arkell's Brewery in Swindon for first ever Christmas market
Almost 3,000 people descended on Arkell's Brewery in Stratton on Saturday for its first-ever Christmas market.
The hugely popular event saw dozens of independent stallholders set up shop for one day only, selling a variety of festive wares alongside the breweries other seasonal attractions - including Santa and two of his reindeer!
Brewery managing director George Arkell commented "It's a really special time for us here at the brewery and everyone around the country. It's a great chance to get everyone together.
"It's been a real success today. It's such a surprise for us to have so many of the local community come along to enjoy not just the brewery site, but also all the different local craft stands that we've got here."
